Is Gianluigi Buffon the best goalkeeper of the 1st decade (2001-2010)?

According to the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS), Gianluigi Buffon was the world’s best goalkeeper of the 1st decade (2001-2010)! Undoubtedly, Gigi produced a number of superb performances in the last 10 years but was he better than Iker Casillas, Petr Čech, Edwin van der Sar or Oliver Kahn? What do you think?
